Theodore: Hello, how may I help you?
Jon: Hello
Theodore: Hi there.
Jon: i had a MJ and I contacted MJ about the device not working. I was told my MJ was terminated because of excessive useage
Jon: I am not familiar with what is excessive useage
Theodore: May I have your phone Number to check it here please?
Jon: can you tell me what the amount is too excessive?
Jon: yes 423-***-****
Theodore: Thanks.
Theodore: Please wait while I check that for you
Theodore: One moment please...
Jon: hello?
Theodore: Thank you for waiting.
Theodore: As I have checked it here you over used your MJ device and you did not follow the terms of service of the magicjack
Jon: yes I was already told this BUT what I am asking to know is what is excessive useage? they do not say?
Jon: My grandparents said 5 minutes was excessive but MJ does not say
Theodore: Excessive means you over used your MJ and you call more than 50 times a day.

Theodore: --- There is nothing you can do to reverse the action ---
Jon: no wa has it called over 50 a day when I only call maybe at the most three different numbers
Jon: most of the recells was to the same number because of MJ dropping the calls
Theodore: But that is the reason why that happened to you.
Jon: you have access.... you look at the numbers called and see
Jon: I was given NO warnings of excessive useage, just terminated
Theodore: Please refer on the statement above.
Jon: yes its the same as the last operator... BUT those calles were not called from my MJ. NEVER has over three or four different numbers ever called from my device
Jon: still, can you tell me what is considered excessive useage? How many minutes per call per day?
Theodore: maybe there someone use your MJ device there.
Jon: noone ever has access to MY computer!
Jon: you have the ability to see what calls were placed on my device....
Theodore: One moment please...
Theodore: I regret to say but I cannot do that
Jon: so about the excessive useage?
Jon: what are the limits on the amount of minutes?
Jon: not the number of calls per day, I alreadyread that it is 50, but it does not state the minutes
Jon: also does it include outgoing and incoming calls?
Jon: on the minutes used
Theodore: please check the statement above.
Jon: it does not state how many minutes
Theodore: Okay./'\
Jon: thats what I am trying to get the answer to
Jon: the amount of minutes is considered excessive
Theodore: That is not in the minutse,
Jon: this is what I was told by the last operator
Jon: excessive useage
Jon: not the amountof calls, but the minutes used
Theodore: Yes that is right.'\
Jon: ok but what is the amount? 60? 120? 30?
Jon: and is this on incoming and outgoing calls?
Jon: i read in the FAQ's from one operator said 200 minutes....per call/day. do not call over 50 numbers. is the 200 minutes correct? also the operator said only outgoing calls.
Theodore: Are you referring for the prepaid minutes?
Jon: no... I bought the device
Jon: with a years sub
Jon: one year
Theodore: I believe that I have already provided you all the information needed and that we are keep on repeating the same process. I would like to ask permission to end this conversation with you. Thank you.

Since I have not used this myself, there are surely other people here who can answer this better than I, but...
Anyone with gmail account can make calls on google phone, free in North America, and cheap overseas. But you can't get calls because you don't have a number.
Get the google voice app and any device that lets your router/computer communicate like a phone and you are in. The app costs a few dollars, one time . MJ is only one device that can be used, and as long as you have one that is mechanically functional, use it.
There are videos and various sources on line. Google "Google voice", and browse.
If you don't have a gmail address, get one and try making a call. It works.
I live in Canada, and used to get internet via the cell phone network. My phone quit and I got to the provider via "chat" to tell them, and was advised, twice, that I had to phone in to tell them my phone did not work. They had a 1-800 number that would not answer the google phone because the call appears to come from California . The next time I did get in to them I insisted on getting a local number in Ontario I could call, to tell them my phone did not work, and google came thru for me.
