MJ veteran, Thin Client NEWBEE!!!! Help, please

I recently purchaced a T5710 Thin client off ebay, and i'm stumped...i got over my first hurdle, figuring out how to log into administrator, but i'm scratching my head from here. I was able to get the hardware to "install" using wdma_usb.inf...and if i call the mj, the phone rings. if i call out on the mj, the recipient rings, but i can't hear myself on either end, either way. going on the assumption that i've got a bone fresh install of XPe SP2, can someone explain to me what i need to do to get this to work?
