I just hooked up my magic jack and tried to make a call. The sound
quality was awful and everything was echoed, any suggestions?

Have you changed anything on your system?
Sometimes just a redial will fix it. Unless it is doing it continuously now.

Every once in a while, if I haven't made or received a call for a while - before making the call I want to make, I dial my cell phone first and once it connects - hang up. Seems the first phone call sometimes is a little messed up - but after that it works like a champ.

Try to test your internet connection for VoIP call handling capability, select Boston and report back with your VoIP score:jean12000 wrote:I just hooked up my magic jack and tried to make a call. The sound
