Incoming calls go straight to voicemail

Anybody else have this problem ?
Outgoing calls, no problem, always works.
But, for a while now, only very ocaisionally hear the phone ring.
Most of the time any7 body calling is sent straight to my voice mail.
Find messages there all the time and never knew they called.
Any ideas.
MJ chat room service useless. Every time they fix it, problem returns after a few calls.

Go into your MJ account (online) and make sure that your voicemail settings are set as you want & need them to be (set the delay to at least 25 seconds), and also double check to make sure that under "Advanced" you've elected to have both incoming and outgoing service.

If the problem there are only certain phone numbers then you really need to chat with them regarding this matter and of course they will escalate this to correct the routing problem

My problem is that a half hour after cycling power, all incoming calls start going straight to VM. Support just updated the software on the unit (which I thought I already had done), and did some magic incantations on their end. They assure me that the problem will go away. I'll let you know.

I've been calling my MJ+ number randomly, and only once have I gone into voicemail. Nobody has left a MJ voicemail, and people have left voicemails on my home phone answering machine. (Which is set to pick up long before MJ if the phone is working.) So I'm a happy camper for now. Whatever they did on their end was magic, Jack. Seriously. We're talking pure FM.

I still sometimes get a call that goes straight to voicemail when it shouldn't. I just read about a problem with DHCP renewal handing out a new IP address. I doubt that's my problem, but I'm switching to a fixed IP address. I'll let you know if the problem goes away. At any rate, it's been working much much better since MJ support performed their last changes to my setup.
