MagicJack Plus makes nonstop "Clicking" sounds?

My MagicJack Plus makes a strange "clicking" noise during all outgoing calls, but not during any incoming calls. The noise makes it impossible to have a conversation with anyone because they can barely make out what I'm saying through the clicking sounds. My MagicJack Plus has been working perfectly for atleast a year now. I have the MagicJack Plus plugged in to my Router and that is still working fine. I don't have any other VoIP-type things going into my router either. Its just my computer and the MagicJackPlus. Has anyone heard of this happenning to them?

Have you tried a different telephone? I have one rather elderly wired telephone that does this on my magicJack Plus (sometimes). I normally just use it for its ringer, in case my cordless phones are elsewhere. I don't typically answer this phone.
