Is the server inaccessible for anyone else

I am in Columbus, GA, and my magic jack is working as a softphone, but not with my telephone. I cannot select the telephone option. Yes, I have seen the other posts about correcting the inability to select the telephone option, but they have not worked. When I go to magicfix, the access to the server check never finishes. I am not sure if that has anything to do with the problem.

When I first got my MJ, that little connect to server thingy-ma-bob on that page never would connect. Everything else got the green check mark, but everything still worked. That not connecting (going to the green check mark) lasted for almost 2 weeks then one day I went there for whatever reason, and it started going to the green check mark. I'm in the 702 (Nevada) area and phone is working normally.
