People cannot hear me when I make a call- app on iPhone

I have magic jack app on my iPhone. When I call canada (514 area code), I can hear the person speaking but they cannot hear me. I can make regular phone calls through my phone and it works fine. I have uninstalled and downloaded the app again but same problem.

How can I fix this issue?

The problem only occurs when you call Canadian numbers? What about when you call U.S. or other countries' numbers? What happends when someone calling your MJ app number from a Canadian or US (or whatever country) number calls YOU?

I'm having a similar problem: Sometimes when I use magicjack on my iPhone to make a call it works fine. Sometimes it's completely silent. No dial tone, no ringing, no voice at the other end after the call is picked up at the other end. My wife had this problem from installation on her iPhone 5, and turning off the phone would usually fix it temporarily. I had no problems for six weeks on my iPhone 4, but now it happens about half the time and rebooting doesn't seem to help. Any suggestions?
