just fast busy to any dialed phone number.
voice mail doesn't connect
here in Massachusetts.

Prior time down 4/14/08

prior time down 3/12/08

Area code 202 - the same problem today:
- no dial out (fast busy);
- incoming calls immediately routed to voicemail.

Worked fine last night though...

EDIT: back up at ~ 4PM.

Didn't notice any problems here in 818 or 323, but, I didn't check it all morning, either.

Area code 206 is still alive and kicking ... knock on wood

But my FWD service is down due to proxy server problem ... bummer
