Porting from Magic Jack-porting dept needs MJ acct password?

Porting from Magic Jack to NetTalk and NetTalk's porting dept needs Magic Jack acct password to complete port??? Excuse me???

NetTalk says this is a Magic Jack requirement to proceed in porting my Magic Jack number to their service...

Where would I go to be able to verify this requirement of MJ? Is there any way to proceed without my acct password? I'm just not wanting to give my password out to anyone if you can understand my feeling about this?

why not just give them your password - you will not ever need it again for your mj account, or will you?
