Technical Issues - Magic Jack plus

I have 2 magic jack plus and I have the technical problem where I cannot make and/or receive call mostly can make then cannot receive and if I receive then cannot make.

Chat with technical support they created a ticket number and i never got any ticket number from the tech support nor any confirmation from them by email.

Also, another thing is i should get promo rewards to my email address and still i haven't heard anything from them. I chat with them total 5 times and they keep saying i will receive it by email and not sure about the time frame. I chat with "Shelly", "Jessamae" and "Juliet". Any update for me on promo rewards? Why I haven't receive any email or is it a lie to get a 5 star rating from me?
