The picture, graphic or link that you included in your post is not visible/doesn't work. So you will need to post a lot more information about your situation for anyone to be able to help you. On what type of system and computer or device is this occurring? How/to what is your MJ connected? Do you have a MJ+ or just the old, standard MJ? What do you see and/or what does the message say when this occurs? When does it occur? etc.

*I* suggest you do the following:

1. Shut down your computer.
2. Remove your MJ device from the computer.
3. Re-start your computer and log onto it as an administrator (if this doesn't happen automatically?).
4. Uninstall the MJ software via the usual control panel.
5. Make all "invisible" files, folders and drives visible on your computer.
6. Search your main hard drive for any MJ left-over files - I suggest that you use "magicjack" "tigerjet" as names to search for (and *possibly* tj, mj. and magic also - but those will also probably return non-magicjack-related files as well so be careful). Delete any that are found.
7. Reset "inivisible" files, folders and drives back to being invisible (if you wish).
7. Make sure the computer is connected to the Internet.
8. Plug in your MJ device into one of your computer's USB ports, and let it do its thing.

I'm sorry but i've removed the MJ and reinstalled it but it still not work, when i finish reinstall it the poping windows appears with ths message "Insert your magicJack to Make Calls". I think the USB port of my PC is corrupt so i take it and reinstall to my laptop but everything isn't change. The poping windows still appears. My desktop's running Windows XP and my laptop's running Windows 7, maybe my magicJack is unuseable, is it true?

Sounds like your MJ is defective. Log into your MJ account, start an online help chat, tell them your MJ hardware no longer works and that you need them to send you a replacement device.
