Cannot recieve incoming calls on Magic Jack

I have spent countless hours with techs..we go thru the same song and dance every time ..it will work for two or three incoming calls but only within a few minutes after a supposed fix.I get the same result just from rebooting the MJ ...I just dont know what else to do..I ordered a powered usb hub.expect it to be in this week..hoping that is the answer cuz nothing else has been..Been a customer for two years and last 3 months cant receive incoming calls...has anyone else had this issue and found a repair ? I cant tell you how many diff solutions Ive tried ...IVe replaved EVERYTHING even a new computer..new phone new lines new magicjack ethernet cords etc......to no avail ..otherwise great service on outgoing calls...I just dont know what else to do to find a fix
