Cannot renew MJ plus

Hi folks,
This is my first post. I am in Jamaica and my subs expired one month ago. I have spoken to billing in Florida and was told that I could not renew because of my IP address. I tried renewing from both Miami & Toronto without any success.
I have bought a new MJ plus. Now I need to erase the memory on the old unit & start again. How do I clear the memory?

Because you didn't renew, your old magicJack plus is now a paperweight. Once a contract has lapsed for an existing physical device, it is a dead device -- never again available for use with magicJack|Ymax. If there is any information about the old device, it would show up in your magicJack account when you log in. If it's not there, as far as magicJack is concerned, only your new magicJack exists.

You could sell your old magicJack on craigs list or ebay to someone who wants to use it with Google Voice.
