Problem - Magicjack plus is not detecting on the laptops

Problem - Magicjack plus is not detecting on the laptops...I tried on 4 laptops most of them are WIN XP SP3 and WIN7...

No Drive is on My Computer & in Device Manager..I registered this device 2 days back, and was sucessfully working.

Getting Error - "Insert your magicjack to Make calls" after starting the magicjack.

Troubleshooting did till now...no luck, but the blue light is steady...

1 - Uninstalled and did the reinstallation as guided by the Tech Support Team...

2. Removed USB Controllers under the Device manager and rebooted the system and did the procedure.

3. Did the same procedure on other laptops.

I think something happened to this device, blue light is steady but this device is not detecting.

Please guide....can this device be replaced ?

Does it work when connected directly to the router?
If so and you originally registered the device via the router (not on your computer's USB port), there may be a problem with the USB port on the device. Have you considered talking to chat support about getting a replacement device that may be defective?
