Is a Return Authorization number needed?

Post by Ladibug »

My 30 day free trial is ending soon and I want to send the MagicJack back as I haven't been able to get it to work for me. I kept the packaging so I have an address, but do I need a return authorization number before I mail it? And if I do need the number, how do I get it?
Is there a phone number (preferably) that I can call them??

Thanks!

Yes you need an RMA.

Go here and look under 30 day trial offer.

MJ doesn't use phones -

Thankyou. I thought I'd looked everywhere on the MJ site, but I sure missed it. Because of your quick reply, I was able to get the RMA number and I got the MJ mailed today. Thanks, again.
