Problem tranfering land line # from Verizon
I purchased a Majic Jack plus directly from MajicJack the first part of January. I have attempted and paid $19.99 twice to have my number transferred from Verizon to MajicJack. Both times, MajicJack indicated in their e-mail that the number cannot be transferred because of a "Special Porting arrangement" that Verizon has. I have spoken to Verizon three times(three different people) and they indicate that the number is transferable and is a Majicjack issue. Verizon does not know what Special Porting arrangements means. MajicJack has mentioned numerous times it is a Verizon issue. I am very frustrated. Any suggestions. Is it a hardware of software issue??
