Update: Bounced vbox and rebooted hardware. MJ was recognized again without issue. MJ is now up and running stable. This setup won't be useful for those folks using a PC headset, as MIC input isn't recognized in VBox for what I can see. Analog phone would be the only option.

no it doesn't work fine on my mac...im running os X 10.4.11 on an intel mac and it says that device isn't recognized when plugged directly into my mac...i dont know if it's the mj version or what that's causing the problem
It works fine using VMWare fusion and running it on windows, but it doesn't work in OS X. I went to download the upgrade/fix on magicjack's website and the file doesn't exist. Not even technical support knows how to obtain the file from this page:
I only could get it to work on headset mode only.
it refuses to work on phone mode...it drives me crazy....i can use the headset, but when it switches to phone..everything is dead -voice out and in.
