Unable to make calls to land line phones

I purchased a magicjack plus 2014 about a month ago and it worked fine until now ,It works ok calling a cell phone but when I call a local land line phone I can hear them but they can't hear me.I returned it back to wal-mart and got another one and its the same way, I already spent about 8 hours typing back and forth with MJ and trying different things updating and changing router settings to no results.Is their any fix for this problem.
