Ok, I'm trying to determine what is going wrong here.
When accessing a phone number with automated (DTMF) prompts, the system I am calling does not always recognize 1-9 button presses. (* and # seem to work fine).
When I try with an old, cheapo corded phone, it works fine, but it doesn't seem to be working with my Vtech cs6429-2 model phone.
(Sometimes, it will work, but I have to mash keys or press them multiple times, but most of the time, even this does not work)
I already contacted magicjack and I think they did some stuff on their end, but it didn't seem to have any effect.
Is this an issue with the particular phone or is there something else I should be trying?

I had the same problem with a new MJ+ connected to a Panasonic cordless phone system. It would not recognize any input when using any automated phone menus. If I connected an old "princess phone" to the MJ+, it worked fine. Contacted MJ support chat and they downloaded some type of fix to the MJ. I tried it then and it still didn't work. They then connected me to one of their support "experts" and he had me disconnect all cables and unplug MJ and then reconnect and plug it back in. I guess this is like doing a reboot. The problem was then resolved,
