MagicJack and Netgear N300 with error 3002

Post by chigirl119 »

I've been online with support 3 times and don't have a resolution yet.

I know the error 3002 means that it is not accessing the internet. I've also opened my router settings and can see that my router is not finding the MagicJack.

Any way to force my router to see it?

My dad got the MJ and had no problems (with Linksys router) and loves it. I've had such a headache! I'm almost ready to give up.

So, I left the MJ plugged in to the Netgear router for 24 hours and now it mysteriously works.

Very strange but I'm happy.

Anyone have a similar experience?
