When I looked at my magicjack account I noticed I had 3 different app accounts. I was trying to put money to call internationally from my cell using MJ app but do not know which account uses what phone. I have the app also on my tablet and an old backup phone all using the same MJ number.
Also what is IPP number.
Any suggestions.

OK solved.
Logged into my MJ account and used live help. The agent asked for the MAC address of each unit and then gave me what the MJ account number was for each. Then they informed me to rename the account. I put money on my cell phone app account and tried an international call which worked fine. So now I have low cost international calling from my cell phone. I have a 'pay as you go' cell and carry a Karma personal wifi to be connected to wifi in case there is no wifi access close by.
