How to Find A921 Device Name? to Replace broken A921

I've had my old MagicJack stolen and it has five years paid up on it.
I've obtained another A921 MagicJack but can't figure out how to
extract the Device Name.

Just got it on ebay and seller does not have it.

Downloaded and tried
http://www.pcphonesoft.com/
it worked for outbound but I'm only interested in getting my MagicJack service and number back again.

Is there a way to recover the Device Number?
