I just started my laptop so I could use my MJ and when the softphone came up, it gives me all zeros for my phone number 000-000-0000, it says above that "starting, please wait...", where the ads usually are it says IMPORTANT! Please be patient, a registration screen will appear shortly...", in the 911 area is says "Not connected, No 911 info available.", all of my contact numbers are there, the record of my calls are there. I tried calling my MJ number from my cell phone, it didn't ring, then went to a fast busy signal. I just tried again, and it went to my voicemail just fine, I just received the email letting me know I had a voicemail.I tried going to MJs mymagicjack.com page to go into my account, when I try to log in, it gives me a popup error message:
The following error occured while processing your request: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-00257: archiver error. Connect internal only, until freed.
I tried it in Firefox and Explorer, same response. I haven't yet gone to their customer service / tech help page, I just wanted to check in here first to see if I'm the only one having this issue right now.
I did contact MJs CS a 2 days ago about not being able to call local land lines, I hope this isn't their fix! ...unless it works that is...
