PHONE CALL BREAKING UP ON RECEIVING END

Having problems with people receiving my call stating that I'm breaking up. I can hear them fine. It seems that problem started a few weeks ago. Did download the latest version of firmware for MJ+. Anybody having the same problem. Did get a new computer recently but can't see the impact of that since MJ+ isn't plugged directly into it.

I've been having the problem too for a month or so now on certain calls, especially 800 numbered ones. Tried rebooting as well, but still happens on both mine and the other end. I usually hang up and try again till MJ gets it right.
