Hi all, MJ newbie here. I looked everywhere for this answer and hope not a repeat.
Every single thing works fine on the mJ, EXCEPT, people can't hear me, which also means I can't set up my voicemail. I can dial, hear people on other end. I noticed that when I click on "switch to telephone", nothng happens..also when I click on menu>Volume/Headset controls, and the "Choose Your Device box open , it won't let me click on "telephone" , it just stays on Headset/Other, and the dropdowns for the "speaker/earpiece" etc, only have the options for my regular audio settings (Realtek HD Audio rear output, etc.).
I've tried to adjust sound settins in my pc so much that now I also can't get sound from pc features.
I would appreciate any help...I've already been 2 mJ tech support twick and ended up wasting hours with them keep telling me to the fix, and the upgrade, which i've done several times, even uninstalled, reinstalled. And I've already tried 3 different phones.
I really don't want to send it back, think it's a great deal and good idea, if I could just get it to work properly.
Thanks!
Can You Hear Me Now?

What operating system? Service pack? Blue light on MJ? Hear anything when you pick up phone? If you have a dial tone and dial from your phone, do you hear ringing, etc. in the phone? Have you tried calling with the headset? If you don't have a headset, do you have a computer microphone? In Device Manager, any question marks or other error indications? If you expand Sound video and game controllers, do you see "USB Internet Phone by Tiger Jet"? Is it "working properly"?

Search the forum. I've posted a couple of fixes for that same problem. Essentially, adjust the volume in your control panel and not on the soft phone. That'll be your fix and will resolve the issue.
