No sound from incoming when using call screening

Hello,
I looked in the FAQ, sticky, and did a few searches and could not find anything exactly like this. I have a magicJackgo I purchased in May, 2017. The issue **only** occurs with call screening turned on. When I make an outgoing call, everything works correctly. When I receive a call, the caller can hear me, but I cannot hear them. I have updated the firmware. I have tried this with MJ connected to my home phone and directly to the computer. Everything works fine when I turn off call screening. I have tried powered down/powered up my modem, router, and MJ. I've tried the MJ directly connected to two different computers. I've tried with system speakers, headphone, and home phone. I did some of the router port forwarding and static IP work suggested online.
