This is for wired, non-WIFI situations:
When I had a 5mb connection it seemed that the wired phone plugged into the dongle seemed to have better sound quality (and they could hear me better) than when I used the softphone on my computer (I was using a cheap mic though). But they sounded better to me as well with the phone. I'm wondering if this is still true or are many of you finding you can equal or eclipse the ATA/phone by using your computer's softphone?
