Cannot receive calls from Cavalier Phone service

I have had MJ for two weeks now and found out that several of my friends that have Cavalier service get a message that says "Due to heavy calling we cannot complete your call at this time. Please try again later."
I also have Cavalier and cannot call my MJ. I contacted the tech chat room and was on there for over an hour. Tech chat person advised me to call Cavalier and ask them what the solution is. Anyone else have this problem?

Does this only happends when calling your MJ? That Cavalier bundle service high-speed 8mb down plus phone service looks pretty good for $50 bucks. How is the service so far?

This only happens when I call from my Cavalier phone service. I have had Cavalier bundle for about 18 months. That price of $50 does not include taxes. With taxes, my bill is around $65. The service is good, but if I drop the phone service, then my DSL cost will be $40. If I go back to AT&T their DSL will be $25 per month.

So you only get this problem when calling from the Cavalier to MJ correct? and all none Cavalier calls to MJ works correct? did Cavalier ever get through MJ atleast once or never? Is this the first time you encountered this problem or did it happen before with a none MJ number?

I only get this problem when calling Cavalier to MJ and all non Cavalier calls work to MJ. No Cavalier call has ever gotten through. This is the very first problem ever with Cavalier.

Can MJ call your Cavalier phone with no problems? If it can then I have a feeling the problem has to do with Cavalier... Have you called Cavalier for support?

MJ can call Cavalier with no problems. I also believe the problem is with Cavalier, but if I call them and tell them my problem, they might not support or try to fix the problem. I will be canceling my landline after my 30 trial period is over. I am really concerned if any other users with Cavalier service will not be able to call a Magicjack phone number. Thanks for your help!
