Hi I have installed MJ works...calls out and recieves calls. I bought a canadian number with the proper area code for my province. When people in the local area (down the street) call me they are required to put in a 1 they are told it is a long distance call.......we are all in the same area code. I talked to customer support and they could not solve the problem...anyone have any ideas

Your number may be in the proper area code, but not considered a local call by other telcos. Just have people use the 1 and the problem is solved.
