magijack stinks
After almost 24 full hrs. of trying to make this work, I have now tried fruitlessly for another 8 hrs. to get a return code. Their page sems t be set up to "Not recognize the account" when it comes to returning their jack. One tech, after a very long time of "trying to access my account" - the same acct that. she had been able to look at before - finally disconnected the chat after more than an hour. I am going through my Consumer protection to have this resolved. Very poor tech help and even poorer return policy. Shame on them!
