bee dee dee all circuts are busy cannot receive calls

just got mj 2 days ago done with live chat trying to figure out why i cannot receive any calls

What exactly happens when people call your MJ number? Please be specific as much as possible, include any announcement/treatment that was heard.

the auto system comes on and says , all circuits are busy pleast try later with any phone cell phone other than that its fine just can't receive calls i have a local number and no firewall issue

i just installed win xp sp3 then mj so im not sure if this may be an issue.any thoughts this mj never received a call ever i can check vm and and call fowarding is not used im stumped

I think it's a system failure. I had that message yesterday for the first time.
Windows Vista and Laptop with XP SP2 on the road. Occasionally, a Mac if my Windows machine isn't working.

I'm testing XP SP3 on one of my computers that has a magicJack and so far no problems with XP SP3

However, I read XP SP3 cripples some PCs with endless reboots...see

If all calls originated from landline and cell carriers receive the same "all circuits are busy, please try again later" then for sure this is MJ call server side issue.

If you are trying to call your MJ from a landline from Cavalier, that could be the problem. I have never been able to call my MJ from a Cavalier phone system. Cavalier used to be Talk America.
