note there password is limited to so many characters

I entered a long password and there forms did not have a limit on them nor did they make any attempt to warn me the password could only be so long. All it did was truncate my password.. so I could not log in

After speaking with support they made it clear what I had for a password and well 10 characters is max ..

so if your trying the password you entered and say its

ilovemymagicjackcauseIamcool

then really its just

ilovemymag

(I cut it down to 10 characters)
