First, is there any way to remove addresses from the 911 list? I have several incorrect entries that I'd like to get rid of.
Second, I spend time between Florida and Pennsylvania. I originally set up MJ in Florida and the 911 button is green indicating recognition of my location. However, when I set up MJ in Pennsylvania my name in the address bar is preceded by a chevron and the button in front of the address bar stays yellow indicating non-recognition of the address. Do I have to do anything more to have the address recognized? Will the chevron preceding the address remain until the address is recognized??? Thanks for any help.

I have somewhat similar concerns.
Not being able to remove the absolete address from the 911 setting of MJ
In my case my first MJ was registered to me but then given to my relative in another country.
Was not able to remove my American Home Address from the 911 after spending hour on my own and an hour chatting with the Service Tech from MJ.
Only have to hope that the kids or family guests in the family I've left the MJ at would not dial 911 out of curiosity...
The pessimist in me is expecting to find Firefighters and Medical Emergency along with the Police Squad by my House in the next few months. And hopefully it would not be happening every day...

I was able to create the 911 profile with non-US address where the 911 Service is disabled.
Then I've aplied that profile to my MJ account successfully.
Problem is that when MJ Soptphone would start it would always default to my own US Address that was entered before and totally refuse to pickup or choose the non-US 911 profile.
When the non-US address is chosen from the drop-down menu of the Softphone it tries for one second and then enables the "Verified" US Address yet again.
The Technician at MJ told me he is sorry for this function not to work just yet.
I told him his Company should be concerned about it as a potential Case for a Legal Action...
