router? firewall? Tell us what devices do you have for your network connection.

Take the router out, directly conenct to your modem to try it out. If that works, it will be router issue, if not, we have to find out what firewall you got on your system.

If it is the router issue, you will log in the router, you can try 1. open ports, 2. set as DMZ, 3. disable SPI(firewall).

If not the router issue, you will look for any firewall softwares on your ssytem, if you don't have, then might be your ISP is blocking the ports.

I read through that one, but I can hear who I call clearly. They can hear me but very broken up and cannot understand. So, the unit is working correctly per say, but no one can hear me clearly??

WildBlue connections are extremely problematic for VoIP, because upload speed is very limited. Test to Boston at http://www.testyourvoip.com/ . If you get a poor score, you probably won't be able to use MJ, at least until they support compression codecs. Test again, this time click Conserve Bandwidth. If score is now decent, e.g. Skype or Yahoo! Voice should work ok. If you are not really in the middle of nowhere, there may be cellular Internet or fixed wireless Internet available at your home, which usually gives much better performance for voice, though it still won't be as good as cable or DSL.

Also check your volume in your control panel. This should be a sticky because MJ's default volume isn't sufficient and adjusting the soft phone doesn't help. Put it in the 60-85 range.
Windows Vista and Laptop with XP SP2 on the road. Occasionally, a Mac if my Windows machine isn't working.
