MagicJack often activates the hold feature on it's own during calls. What I want to know is is this because of a dropped call/weak connection? When this happens sometimes I can manually deactivate it(hold) and continue communicating with the other party but most of the time a disconnect occurs.
I'm usually hooked up through a linksys router and thought that maybe the problem, then I connected directly to the modem and still seem to have this problem.
Is this just the normal behavior for dropped calls on a magicjack? Or is it something else?
