intermittent pause....

First off, MJ is a keeper for me, but I do get a periodic pause, (about every 2 min), of about 2 - 3 seconds. It's kind of like "dead air" for just a few seconds, and I end up having to repeat what I said to the person on the other end. I've read some reviews where other users are having this problem as well.

I didn't have any luck on the search, but is there a possible fix for this...is it geographic, or maybe PC related. I have a Time/Warner broadband connection.

Is your PC/Laptop connection wireless?
