Area Codes Showing active BUT NOT!

My Area code is 360 and its showing active but is unavailable I contacted support and here is the log

I sure hope its only a week out because other then this issue I have had almost no problems! I did need to use the 100k mod
for callerid but ehhh 20$ a year cant complain to much!

I just tried using my phone and now they change my Area code to a NewYork area code, Im getting ticked!

some guy called me just now saying that he was on tech support and that my number that they changed it to was his new number.

FYI, I've had a 360 number since Vancouver, WA became available about a month ago. At the time, 360 Longview and 360 Vancouver were available from http://my.magicjack.com. Now, I see that they're both missing.

I emailed Dan about the issue because this is my only issue with MagicJack other then this I LOVE IT! I want to cancel my Land line BAD!
