Cant recieve calls, caller gets busy signal when dialing #
every time someone tries calling or I try from house number I get busy signal, using Lancaster, OH number. tech support from magic had me do upgrade, use another usb port, etc. also, ensured I had port 5060 - 5070 UDP and TCP 443, Im not running a firewall, I can call out just fine with it. also, I dont have the do not disturb checked either. It worked fine the other day recieving calls, I didnt install no other software to PC, I also disabled Norton Anti-Virus, was wondering if anyone else also had this issue, Thanks.

If I understand your problem correctly, when you try to call out using your Magic Jack, you get a busy signal, I assume this is true for local land line calls, do you have any trouble calling cell phones or non-local calls?
Try this, instead of dialing 817-123-4567, try this *678*17-123-4567 (replace the area code and phone number with the number you wish to call), I don't know why this works, but it does, at least it does for me.
