New User Question

Post by arielswing »

Alright, I just got the MJ in today, installed it, had problems with Norton Antivirus, fixed those, got it installed, went through the registration process, got the phone number.... tried to log onto it..... and I got the message of my email isn't on file or my password is incorrect. Well, the password is correct, and the email, its the same one I registered with, and I even called the number from a landline and left a voicemail message and I got the email saying I received a VM.

Does anyone have any clue as to why this is happening?

I'd give it a day then try again. If not, there's been several issues that people have had with the system that were resolved by tech chat.
Windows Vista and Laptop with XP SP2 on the road. Occasionally, a Mac if my Windows machine isn't working.

I had the same problem. I had to get online with tech support and they straighted it out.
