Does anyone know where to buy this feature?

It's not available yet. But I've heard that Dan promised to implement it "soon" ...

It's in the control panel under volume/microphone. The soft phone only adjusts headsets and microphones plugged into the outside ports.
Windows Vista and Laptop with XP SP2 on the road. Occasionally, a Mac if my Windows machine isn't working.

Yes, I know, mine is cranked 100%, and my called parties are still unable to hear me.

Then it boils down to one or two issues. Either the mic in the phone isn't sensitive enough or an issue in the sound card itself. I had plenty of volume, but was getting interference using a GE phone. When I switched to GE, the problem cleared up thanks to a more sensitive mouthpiece.
