2 MJ's 1 computer

Post by BigDawg »

I would like to use one MJ for voice and a second one as a dedicated fax. Is there a way to connect 2 MJ's to one PC?

Though that can be done with some effort, the real problem is that fax over VoIP is often unreliable; MJ is worse than most in that regard. A free fax number from http://www.k7.net/ or a similar service will meet the needs of most users. If that's not suitable for you, please explain your application.

I second k7 for a free incoming fax. If you have a grand central number setup, you can forward it to the fax number as k7 doesn't give you a local fax number unless you live in Seattle. As mentioned, VOIP isn't great for faxes.

Thanks for the replies. I'll check into k7.
