Can a Virus ruin MJ software

I got a virus and ever since MJ will not install after reinstalling Windows XP...

Anyone know if a virus can effect MJ software or devices plugged into a USB port..????

Nah, you can always recover it for the most part..... If not then tell magicjack it failed and they will send you a new one.

Kumar...........They are sending me another one....Will try it on Vista SP1 ...I also see the Vista upgrade says to have it plugged in before hitting the upgrade button...After re-installing never would work on XP.....

Maybe it will work on the new Vista Premium Home SP1.....I do see some have had trouble with Vista too...........Any tips on Vista and MJ???
