gettin upset

I ordered a magicjack on may 13th 2008 from 1-800-709-8139 I payed for 3-4 day delivery i have yet to get my magicjack . When i went to there suport page they told me that 1800-709-8139 are a reseller and they do not suport them , It seems Im out a magicjack and will never get it . What can i do now ?

Have you called the 1-800 number you ordered it from?
It may be that you will still get the MJ but it is comming
in the 7-14 day delivery. Sorry for your inconvenience!!

yah it is a automated service no whey to get a hold of any one . you can only order more . I payed for 3 day delivery though . So one would assume they are not sending it at all .

I would just like to know how come you did not just order it from magicJack website? When I order my MJ from the website, That was on May 15th, and on May 19th it come in the mail to me. That from FL to MS in 4 days, that no bad at all. I like my MJ very much. All I can say to you on this is "GOOD LUCK"

I seen it on t.v . at the time i never thought there was a web site .

That's the headaches of resellers. Not all are that way, but one guy working out of his garage can only do so much and it's getting harder to find cheap or free labor with the new laws being passed. I'd suggest checking with your credit card company or bank. They have a telephone number from where the bill or the authorization comes and call that one. If not, just cancel out and reorder from the website. You'll get better service and support.
Windows Vista and Laptop with XP SP2 on the road. Occasionally, a Mac if my Windows machine isn't working.

i now ordered from the magicjack site . if i do get my other magicjack from the reseller i will send it st8 back . as of for now nothing has been billed to my cc . I will call cc company if any charges come from the reseller and let them know whats going on . If I pay for 3-4 days shipping i won't it in 3-4 days the reseller has lost his bizzness from me .
