From the MagicJack FAQ

Free voice mail is included in your magicJack purchase.
Simply install your magicJack and follow these directions:

1. From your phone (that is plugged into your magicJack) dial your own number.
Or: Click the Voice Mail button on your Softphone (the phone displayed on your computer screen).
2. When you hear a voice, press the * (star) key.
3. When prompted, dial the default password 1234 on your phone or Softphone.
4. Please change your password once you’ve accessed your account.
5. Follow the prompts to personalize your options.
