How can I block my outgoing phone number from CID using MJ?

Is there a way to block from CID your outgoing phone number using MJ? With the regular land line phone the phone company offers a cost free way to block your number as the default. You can then on a call by call basis unblock. Is there a way to block using MJ? And can you unblock if necessary?
