Streaming RTP packets?

I want to start doing a type of 'live' podcast, broadcast to users on www.stickam.com

Is it possible to stream my MagicJack calls or the RTP packets that are created?

I can extract the audio from them later using Wireshark and edit them with Audition, but I'd also like for them to be played live.

I've been looking around for this for quite some time, any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
