Norton IS 2008 software

Does anyone know if Norton IS 2008 will block the magicJack traffic? Is AVG IS software less invasive to the mj traffic?

I didn't either. McAffee was the one that got me.
Windows Vista and Laptop with XP SP2 on the road. Occasionally, a Mac if my Windows machine isn't working.
