I just received and installed MagicJack ... all worked well. On all phones there is a loud background HUMM. Also, the
people that I call hear an echo of themselves. I tried to call MJ to see if I had something wrong on the setup, but NOWHERE can I find a phone number. Their website implies that a human is available, but just passes me to another page. Any help or suggestions will be appreciated. Most noteably an MJ phone number to call. D

thomasda... although I have had occasion to contact customer service twice, it was only for administrative issues. I believe all support is done via "live chat". From what I've read here on the forums, you're likely to get better and more comprehensive answers here than from MJ Tech Support.
