MJ level 2 help chat worthless.

Post by ZeneMG »

Hi ... I hope someone reads this from MJ. Simply put I was issued a number that I did not request. After making one change meant I would be charged for any others. Only $10 but was the principle not the money. Not being my request for the unwanted number level two even after promising me someone would call (never did), they just decided to terminate more than once. Total time trying to get them to think and act was over 5 hrs. Trust me I was never rude. I pay now and go away unhappy, quietly. Be aware of them. They will not help unless it's something simple or stupid like, "Were do I plug in the module", or "Do I need a phone to be able to talk?"

CHAT LINE IS A WASTE OF TIME

I agree 100%. They are a joke in the chat tech department. I have been online with them more that the amount of time my magicjunk has worked.

It's posted limited available numbers. I think you can view what numbers are available from the site.

Poor me

Hi ... Solution to first problem was to bite the bullet and pay for a number. To add to my misery, now I have to format the drive and re-install MJ every time I reboot my computer, loosing my contacts of course.
So you say not to reboot often. Good advice but I have Unix that I go back and forth with. Even I don't deserve this. Zene

I agree with you about the chat thing. What a waste of time. I spent 1 1/2 hrs. on chat and my computer was crap after that. I had to Restore to a previous date. They had me remove some critical audio files

First of all it's impossible to be issued a number you didn't request so you must have selected an area code and requested a number in that area code when you 1st installed it. So it's your fault if you chose the wrong area code & if you did it twice & had to pay for a 3rd then change then that's tough don't screw it up & you won't have to complain about what you did to screw it up in the 1st place. They dont assign numbers you assigned it to yourself so IT'S YOUR FAULT!

Also if you have some wierd stupid operating system setup like you claim that makes you reinstall & lose your contacts. Try buying a new pc with a normal operating system setup that the rest of the world uses you moron. They never guaranteed it to work on your unix whatever idiotic operating system

NetheRealm,

There is no need for that condescending attitiude here on this forum. I suggest you lighten up. The purpose of this forum is to help people, not persecute them.
