On two different computers, even with anti-virus and firewall disabled, I get this message at the end of the Activation/Registration process:
"java.sql.SQLException: ORA-20001: Unable to reserve phone number."
Four different tech support chat sessions, including one "escalated" session, failed to get past this. I'm getting ready to give up. I've run their "fix" utility, I've "restarted" everything, run their "Upgrade" several times and still can't get a phone number or use the device in any way.
Anyone else work through this? Any suggestions before I send it back?
